Villa Giador

First visit to Corfu and to find the lovely Villa Giador with Giannis And Dora who were amazing hosts, they couldn't be more helpful and generous. From the full fridge of drinks and snacks to the recommendations and support needed was 5 star. The whole family loved the Villa, pool and local area- Kassopi town was a favourite.
However, access into the property is an uneven and unfinished slope - from the car parking area up to the access gate. This could be a problem for people who may have mobility issues. This is a suggestion to make this Villa even more accessible to future guests.
Overall we were a family of 10 of all different ages and there was something to do for everyone .. we would be very happy to return.

we had a great stay! Giannis was incredibly welcoming and helpful..he made us feel at home straight away. the villa has so many great options for places to hang out and a wicked BBQ area to make delicious feasts at. it's just a short drive to the beach and great access to the north of the island. couldn't recommend more highly!

Fabulous house in a great location

We were a party of 6 adults and two small children. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Giador. The area is beautiful and the views from the balcony are stunning. The local restaurants are very nice and within walking distance(or an easy drive if you can't manage the hill) Also many other restaurants a short drive. Cassiopi is lovely . Several local beaches to choose from. Local representatives were very attentive and helpful. Cleaning was carried out meticulously.

Excellent villa. Spacious, clean and tidy. Air con in all bedrooms and lounge, which was welcome in August. Great hosts who live nearby. Superb welcome pack and goodies. Good pool and outside area. 10 minute walk to two tavernas and small shops. 10 minute drive to Kassiopi.

Fantastic villa, very well equipped. Spotless linen and towels, and the mid-week clean was much appreciated. The villa is well maintained and all the appliances are in good working order. In addition, Giannis and Dora are by far the best hosts we have ever encountered! Their hospitality went far beyond anything expected. The welcome gifts and fridge full of treats on arrival were amazing but especially the beautiful cake they arranged unprompted for a birthday in our group. Highly recommended.

We had a very good time in that villa. Clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Nice private pool with a stunning view. Host extremely kind, active and responsive to our needs. We totally appreciate and recommend!

Wir haben selten so viel gastfreundöichkeit erlebt. Wir hatten eine tolle zeit in der villa und diese war genaiso ä, wie bes hriben und auf den bildern zu sehen. Wir wurden mit tipps, kleinen überraschungen und einer stets freundlichen kommunikation versorgt. Gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. The host is incredibly kind and had prepared the villa with a fridge full or drinks and a hamper filled with snacks and treats - which was particularly appreciated as we arrived very late at night. The villa is lovely - spacious with a lovely pool and outside area. There is lots to do nearby - historic villages, beaches, restaurants and a small town nearby for supermarkets, bars, etc. The host was really helpful and gave us a lot of information about how we could make the most of our time in Corfu, including details of local events that we would never have found out about otherwise. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Highly recommend this lovely villa in Perithia. Set in a quiet and rustic area, you get the real experience of Corfu.

Dora and Giannis are the perfect hosts. The fridge was full of beers, wines and soft drinks, plus many local delights in a welcome pack.

Kassiopi is a ten minute drive away (15€by taxi), and is a beautiful resort and harbour area. Bars to suit everyone and wonderful restaurants.

We will come back to this wonderful part of Corfu.

Giannis and Theodora are the best hosts one could ask for! Thanks to them we enjoyed our first trip to Corfu to the fullest. Villa Giador offers wonderful views, in a beautiful and quiet setting. The whole facilities were immaculately clean, tidy and beautiful. The hosts themselves were accommodating with our overnight arrival, a valuable gift was waiting for us! Always ready to help with anything! There are plenty of gorgeous beaches and beautiful views within driving distance. Thanks again to our hosts for the unforgettable time we had here. We would gladly recommend this place to everyone!

The house is beautiful and you can find everything you may need. The owners of the house are really nice and welcomed us in the best way. My kids loved the swimmingpool. We really appreciate our staying and the people.

Very friendly and responsive host. We were greeted with a fridge full of drinks and a basket full of local snacks. Host also recommended places to visit and helped with everything we needed. House was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook our breakfast. Children just loved the place, especially the pool area. The location is good, private and quiet. Small local grocery is walking distance away and you can get your basic things from there. Beaches are a short drive away. Nicest small town close by is Kassiopi, which I really recommend to visit. Very nice restaurants. Since the place is located in the northern part of the island, then it’s more difficult to visit the southern part of the island. Distances don’t seem long in kilometers, but the take a while to drive since the roads on the island are narrow and go over the hills. A lot of hairpins ????. Fun to drive. We were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful house like described. Giannis and his wife are very cool. Easy communication and always ready to help or advise you to a plaisant journey.

The villa is perfect, the near beach Kalamari is so nice for little children. The yard of the villa is great for having a good rest there, while kids are playing. The local host Yanis and Dora are so welcoming and in service when needed. Highly recommended very clean villa with good location!

Giannis and Dora are great hosts, very available, sympathetic and attentive to our comfort.
House is well located on top of the hill and has a stunning view on Med Sea.
Rooms and outdoor equipements are well furnished and comfortable.
Pictures correspond 100% to reality.

We had a lovely time at Villa Giador. The area is very peaceful and the owners are very kind and attentive people.
The rooms and air conditioning are very good and the balcony is excellent. There are lots of different seating options outside.
The views of the sea and over to Albania are wonderful and the photos don't really do the villa justice.

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Giador. Giannis and Dora were fantastic hosts who were very helpful and very responsive. Truly kind hosts!

The villa is spacious and clean and has such a wonderful outdoor setting. Our family made brilliant memories during our stay.
The villa is also very well located - to a great shallow beach, which are kids really enjoyed (the beach with the large inflatable!).
We would thoroughly recommend a stay at Villa Giador.

Great property in a lovely location. The owners were very helpful & accommodating.
Some general feedback I would like to give is the following:
- a better selection of utensils for use in the kitchen, such as salad bowls, trays to carry things outside
- Outdoor eating utensils. We spent a lot of time outside eating / drinking but only had glass cups /plates which are not ideal when outside or when you have young children
- Upstairs shower room had no shower door which meant all the water from the shower was on the floor
- Downstairs bath had no plug which meant we couldn’t use the bath except for the shower, not a problem for adults but as we had a young baby it would have been nice to be able to have used the bath for them.
- A visitors book, these are always helpful as tourists to find out places to go & beaches to try. Or perhaps a folder from the owners with places of interest nearby to visit & best beaches for families, watersports etc.
All minor things which we have come to find out over the years from staying in other villas.
Overall the property was great for families. Kept very clean. The owners being so friendly & accommodating and leaving us with a stocked fridge & arrival hamper certainly made us feel very welcome.
Was in a good location for local tavernas & ice cream parlour in walking distance & lovely beach & pony trekking only 5mins drive.
Would certainly return to Corfu & to the property again. Thank you to Giannis & Dora for being fantastic hosts.

This villa was brilliant for us! We were a group of ten - all family and it suited us perfectly. Giannis and Dora were perfect hosts. Left us a welcome basket with goodies and a stocked fridge with juice water and wine! An added bonus. Clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely return to this villa.

Amazing house. We stayed with 10 people and was spacious enough, in and outside. We even got a bunch of welcome snacks and drinks upon arrival. Definitely recommend staying here.

Villa Giador was perfect in a quiet village location with wonderful sea views. The villa was extremely clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The owners were extremely generous and left us a fridge full of wine, beers and soft drinks plus a basket full of Corfiot delicacies. The bathrooms were also stocked with various items that you would only expect in a luxury hotel. The owners were delightful and helpful. The villa is within a 10 minute walk of local tavernas and small supermarkets. We timed the walk down to the sea which was 30 minutes (5 minutes by car). A pleasant walk downhill but hot walking back up!
It is a 10 minute drive to see the ancient village of Old Perithia which is well worth a visit

Good clean villa. Extremely helpful caretakers Giannis and Dora.

Property was clean and tidy. We had two families in the main house and one couple in the annex. The swimming pool was excellent and was cleaned regularly. Decent size BBQ. All rooms have AC. The owners left us a welcome hamper and some wine in the fridge. They live very close and we could call them if we needed to. A car is essential as the property is up a steep hill. The shop and tavernas are at the bottom of the hill.

Wir waren zu neunt für 15 Tage in der Villa Giador zu Gast. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig.
Das Wohnzimmer ist groß genug um auch abends Zeit zusammen im Haus zu verbringen. Die Terasse ist toll und es gibt viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. In fünf bis zehn Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Strand. Im Ort, der in unter zehn Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen ist, gibt es eine schöne Taverne (Harrys).
Ich kann die Ville nur empfehlen.

Me and my friends loved this villa. The outside area had a good variety of places to sit and enjoy the sun and the pool was lovely. Would definitely recommend. It is a short walk away from the shops and two restaurants which was very convenient. And not a long taxi journey to a variety of beaches.

Nel complesso una buonissima esperienza. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione dell'appartamento che avevamo scelto inizialmente per via del proprietario dell'immobile che lo staff di Posarelli ha risolto prontamente con ottime soluzioni alternative e senza costi aggiuntivi.
La villa è magnifica, gli interni sono ben arredati e funzionali, all'esterno gli spazi per il relax e la piscina ti fanno passare la voglia di uscire e la vista al tramonto è davvero clamorosa! La proprietà è nella zona nord est di Corfù ed è logisticamente ben posizionata per visitare le spiagge più belle. I proprietari sono una coppia gentilissima, disponibile e discreta. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il frigorifero pieno di bibite rinfrescanti e un cestino di prodotti locali che abbiamo apprezzato molto, soprattutto il miele!

What a great villa! The villa is very big with a huge pool and enough sitting areas. The host welcomed us with a lot of local food and drinks. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Every room has AC and the kitchen has everything you need. 2 min with car is a small supermarket and some local restaurants. 10 minutes with car is a big village with nog supermarket, shops, etc. Beach is 5 min with car.

A car is definitely required for this picturesque hilly location. Perfect for a base to work your way around the northern part of the island. Great for beaches and trips into local villages and towns. Very spacious inside and out!!

The house was very clean and it looked even better than it did in the pictures. The host left us so much food and drinks and he was extremely helpful at all times. The area was lovely and quiet, perfect for families with a great beach just five minutes away by car. Air conditioner in every room, two big bathrooms. Everything was immaculate and we would definitely like to stay there again.”

It is a very beautiful house celan an welcomed and Gianis was a lovely man. He is very friendly and he helps us a lot . The house is situated in a quaet area very celan witha spectacular view. The rooms are very celan and spacious, the bathrooms and the chitchen have evrithing you need. It was a lovely holyday for us.Thank you Giorgio

Very pleasant stay, the host and the neighbours where extremely kind to us. Definitely worth a visit!

Villa is pretty nice and quite cheap in the region. We have only suggested several repairs in the house to make it even better for future guests.
Villa was clean, has conditioning system (hot and cold). Mid week cleaning included.
Nice terrace on the second floor to watch the sunset. Also a terrace in the garden.
Our experience met expectations
